As GenLogs ends 2025, we now have half of the Top 10 Freight Brokerages using our Truck Intelligence™ platform. Two of these customers just renewed for a second year at an average of 165% net revenue retention — and one of these contracts was a multi-year, multi-million dollar deal. These customers have found incredible success in leveraging GenLogs’ truck data to supercharge their operations. From finding trusted carriers, to tracking down lost/stolen equipment and uncovering new customer opportunities, GenLogs has become critical to their daily operations.
If we compare the 2025 stock performance of these two GenLogs customers with two of the other publicly-traded Top 10 Freight Brokerages, the difference couldn’t be more stark:
While we are not making the claim that GenLogs was solely responsible for these customers’ successes, we do believe that neither customer would have renewed at a significant contract increase if the return on investment (ROI) wasn’t there. While correlation doesn’t equal causation…our customers will privately note that GenLogs has played a significant role in their success. GenLogs is quickly becoming the key competitive advantage for freight brokerages, carriers, insurance companies, and shippers.
So why did the contract values for these flagship customers jump so much? Did GenLogs simply slap a higher price tag on the same old product? Never! Instead, the contract values increased because the product capabilities were significantly expanded throughout 2025. These customers are now paying for more data, more use cases, and more seats and/or API calls. Carrier Compliance Suite: Set company-level compliance rules in order to filter carrier search results. This includes the ‘Recently Observed by GenLogs’ rule which helps defend against the ‘Sold MC’ fraudulent scheme.
Confirmed Carrier Dispatch Contacts: Go beyond the FMCSA safety contact and actually reach their dispatcher directly. Now you can have confidence when contacting a carrier.
Carrier Time-Series Heat Maps: You can quickly see a carrier’s footprint and how that has changed over time — from last 24 hours and back to three years ago.
Real-Time Carrier Locations: Have a same-day load and need to see which carriers have trucks nearby? GenLogs can flag all carriers that are within a two-hour drive of your pickup right now.
Backhaul Filter: Now you can filter any O/D pairing carrier search to only show the carriers that likely need a backhaul on that lane. This has been a KILLER feature for driving better margins for freight brokerages.
Carrier Equipment Observations: Go beyond self-reporting or error-prone FMCSA data — GenLogs now puts the exact equipment % breakdown based on real observations from our cameras.
Power-Only Searches: Need to move some drop trailers? GenLogs now tags carriers that are likely ‘power-only’ based on our observations.
Hazmat Search Filters: Moving a hazmat load? You can now search by specific UN code to see all carriers observed hauling that hazmat code along any lane.
PDF Downloadable ‘Carrier Report’: Go deep with a full carrier report showing the full BASIC and ISS scores and percentages changes over time — perfect for insurance underwriters and 3PL compliance teams.
PDF Downloadable ‘Asset Report’: Now with just a few clicks, you can download a specific asset observation in our Asset Intelligence tool in order to send as a PDF — complete with the full metadata of the observation. Perfect for claims reports or law enforcement interactions.
Asset Intelligence ‘Deep Search’: Now you can free text search any full or partial word/phrase and find all trucks and trailers on the roads matching the text or numbers. Perfect for finding that needle in the haystack!
Truck-Trailer Mismatches: Asset-based customers can approve a list of USDOTs to haul their trailers and be alerted whenever a power unit not on this list is observed paired with their trailers.
Intermodal Intelligence: If you specialize in drayage, this one is for you! GenLogs has tagged all shippers/receivers in the USA that have drayage hauls to/from ports and rail ramps. We also have tagged all carriers observed hauling containers and chassis (and now extract container and chassis numbers in our Asset Intelligence tool!)
Port Performance Metrics: Specific to our port customers where GenLogs sensors are deployed, get near real-time data on truck visits, turn times, and dwell times of containers and chassis both in/out of the port.

GenLogs for Shippers: Brokers have benefited tremendously from GenLogs, but shippers also need help running better RFPs and creating better routing guides. We will be breaking ground on a product designed to help shippers without detracting from the herculean work that brokers do on a daily basis.
Market Intelligence: As our sensors now collect on 15 million images of trucks per day, we are in a prime position to track volume and capacity trends nationwide as well as regionally. Stay tuned for this product coming in the second half of 2026!
Mexico & Canada Expansion: We are on the verge of placing our first sensors north and south of the US borders. Not only will this unlock better cross-border insights, but we plan to expand our Shipper Intelligence to cover these countries soon as well.
